PS-ATEX-FLOOD explosion proof LED light for hazardous areas

PS-ATEX-FLOOD is a flameproof LED floodlight for outdoor and indoor hazardous areas: tank farms, loading gantries, process plants and offshore-type structures. A heavy-duty die-cast housing with tempered glass, IP66 and IK10 ratings and a corrosion-resistant WF2 finish keeps it working in the harshest conditions.

Features

Built for explosive atmospheres

Floodlighting for refineries, chemical plants, fuel terminals, gas compressor stations and loading bays where flammable gas or dust can be present. Certified explosion protection, high efficacy and a long service life cut both risk and maintenance visits.

Certified protection

TÜV 25 ATEX 9333 X and IECEx TUR 25.0073X: flameproof (Ex db) and dust-protected (Ex tb) for Zones 1, 2, 21 and 22.

High efficacy

160 to 170 lm/W. The 200 W model delivers 32,000 lumens with a Type II road-style optic.

Heavy duty

ADC12 die-cast aluminium, PMMA lens and tempered glass. IK10 impact and IP66 water and dust protection.

Corrosion resistant

WF2 rated AkzoNobel anti-corrosion coating for chemical and coastal sites.

6 kV surge protection

6 kV differential and common mode protection for exposed outdoor installations and long cable runs.

Optics choice

25, 55, 90 and 120° beams plus Type II, III and IV road-style optics; adjustable bracket.

It is category 2 equipment (II 2G / II 2D), suitable for gas Zones 1 and 2 and dust Zones 21 and 22.

Is it suitable for hydrogen?

No. It is certified for gas group IIB, not IIC.

What warranty do you give?
